随着经济的迅速发展和人们对生活质量的不断追求,旅游业已经成为当今世界的一大产业。旅游业的发展,人才培养是关键。目前,受诸多因素的影响,中职旅游专业学生面临职业素养不高、职业定位不明确、职业前景迷茫等困惑。如何破解这一问题,值得我们深思和研究。笔者拟从学生自我认知、学校专业课程引导、师资队伍建设等方面去寻求突破,找到解决问题的路径与策略。 With the rapid economic development and continuous pursuit of quality of life, tourism has become a major industry in the world today. Tourism development, personnel training is the key. At present, influenced by many factors, vocational tourism students are confronted with such problems as low vocational qualifications, unclear job positioning and confused career prospects. How to solve this problem deserves our consideration and study. The author intends to seek breakthroughs in areas such as self-awareness of students, guidance of professional courses in schools, and construction of teaching staff, and to find ways and tactics to solve the problems.
