目的:通过对新生儿科患者配血不合血样检测结果进行分析,找出导致新生儿交叉配血不合的原因并寻求有效的解决办法。方法:通过新生儿溶血病血清学检测方法,可检测患者是由母婴红细胞血型不合引起的新生儿溶血病。结果:直接抗球蛋白试验阴性,由IgG抗-A引起配血不合4例;由IgG抗-B引起配血不合6例;直接抗球蛋白试验阳性,由IgG抗-D引起配血不合3例;由IgG抗-E引起配血不合2例。结论:ABO或Rh血型系统的新生儿溶血病是导致临床疑难交叉配血不合的重要因素之一,配合性输注,可确保临床输血安全。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the causes of neonatal cross-mismatched blood and to find effective solutions by analyzing the results of blood test with non-matched neonates. Methods: Serum detection of neonatal hemolytic disease can be detected in patients with neonatal hemolytic disease caused by maternal and neonatal red blood cell incompatibility. Results: The direct antiglobulin test was negative, caused by IgG anti-A caused by mismatched blood in 4 cases; caused by IgG anti-B caused by incompatibility in 6 cases; direct antiglobulin test was positive, caused by IgG anti-D caused by mismatched blood 3 Cases; caused by IgG anti-E mismatch in 2 cases. Conclusion: The hemolytic disease of neonates with ABO or Rh blood group is one of the most important factors leading to the misclassification of clinical mismatch with blood transfusion, which can ensure the safety of clinical transfusion.
