白细胞介素-37(IL-37)是近期发现的一个生物学因子,以前被认为类似于IL-1F7。在过去的几年中,IL-37的作用已被发现了很多,包括它可以通过下调一些促炎因子的活性来起到抑制一些系统性和局部炎症疾病的作用[1]。本文回顾了IL-37的生物学功能以及它在慢性炎症和主动免疫性疾病中的作用。
Interleukin-37 (IL-37) is a recently discovered biological factor that was previously thought to be similar to IL-1F7. In the past few years, the role of IL-37 has been found to be numerous, including its role in the suppression of some systemic and locally inflammatory diseases by downregulating the activity of some proinflammatory cytokines [1]. This article reviews the biological function of IL-37 and its role in chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
