近年来,随着邮政改革发展的不断深入,员工的工作节奏不断加快,工作压力亦随之加大。笔者接触的不少邮政员工,说起自己的工作就一个“忙”字,加班加点似乎成了他们的常态。当然,某个阶段性任务突击期间的加班加点是可以理解的。可如果没有十分紧急的工作,员工还是天天加班,则不宜鼓励和提倡。一个企业有一个企业的文化。如果企业一味地倡导“加班”文化,那么,时间久了,员工必将为“加班”而加班,这种情况在一些成长型企业中比较常见。
