日本松下电器总裁松下幸之助的领导风格以骂人出名,但是也以最会栽培人才而出名。有一次,松下幸之助对他公司的一位部门经理说:“我每天要做很多决定,并要批准他人的很多决定。实际上只有40%的决策是我真正认同的,余下的60%是我有所保留或我觉得过得去的。”
Matsushita, president of Japan’s Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., is known for his leadership style, but also famous for being the best person to cultivate talent. Once, Matsushita’s Assistant Manager said to one of his company’s department managers: “I make a lot of decisions every day and I want to approve many decisions from others. In fact, only 40% of the decisions I really agree with are the remaining 60% I have reservations or I feel decent. ”
