本文对我国小灵猫香精制而成的药用灵猫香进行质量标准研究。采用薄层层析法,以比移值结合显色反应加以鉴别。除一般检查项目外,增加95%乙醇不溶物检查,可发现可能的掺杂物。含量测定以总大环酮为指标,采用薄层分离2,4二硝基苯腙比色法,灵敏度θ.7μg/ml。分析回收率平均90.6%,变异系数4.6%,能控制目前工艺条件下的产品质量。
In this paper, the quality standards of medicinal civet cats, refined from China’s small civet, are studied. Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify the color shift reactions with specific shift values. In addition to the general inspection items, 95% ethanol insolubles were added for inspection and possible dopants were found. The content was measured with total macroketone as the index, and 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method was used for thin layer separation. The sensitivity was θ.7 μg/ml. The average recovery rate was 90.6% and the coefficient of variation was 4.6%, which could control the product quality under the current process conditions.
