目的:观察黄芪提取物对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)大鼠血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:将48只实验大鼠随机分6组,每组8只。空白组,黄芪提取物高剂量组,黄芪提取物中剂量组,黄芪提取物低剂量组,西药组,模型组。大鼠股静脉缓注油酸造模,黄芪提取物治疗组给予黄芪提取物灌胃,4天后将所有的大鼠杀检,检测血清中VEGF及IL-6的水平。结果:黄芪提取物各剂量组动脉血氧分压(PaO)2、二氧化碳分压(PaCO)2均较模型组降低(P<0.05)。说明黄芪提取物能改善低氧血症,提高血氧含量。黄芪提取物高、中剂量组IL-6和VEGF均较模型组降低(P<0.05),说明黄芪提取物能能降低血清中IL-6和VEGF的含量,抑制促炎因子的产生。结论:黄芪提取物可以通过调节VEGF和IL-6的表达,对急性呼吸窘迫综合征起到治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of astragalus extract on serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) rats. Methods: 48 experimental rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 8 in each group. High dose group of astragalus extract, middle dose of astragalus extract, low dose of astragalus extract group, western medicine group and model group. The rat femoral vein was buffered with oleic acid for modeling. The astragalus extract treatment group was given intragastric administration of astragalus extract, and all the rats were killed after 4 days. The levels of serum VEGF and IL-6 were measured. Results: The arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO) 2 and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO) 2 in astragalus extract group were lower than those in model group (P <0.05). Astragalus extract can improve hypoxemia, improve blood oxygen content. Astragalus extract high and medium dose group IL-6 and VEGF were lower than the model group (P <0.05), Astragalus extract can reduce serum IL-6 and VEGF content, inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines. Conclusion: Astragalus extract can play a therapeutic role in acute respiratory distress syndrome by regulating the expression of VEGF and IL-6.
