在煤矿企业一线作业的农民工,通常存在着知识水平偏低和技术能力较差和安全意识淡薄的问题,这些已经成为企业发展的瓶颈。煤矿企业提高农民工综合素质是技术创新的发展要求和企业安全生产的需要。当前煤矿企业农民工存在的主要问题是局限于眼前利益,缺乏长远发展观念,轮换上岗影响着企业工作效率和发展安全,同时工种特性也为农民工培训增加了难度。提升煤矿企业农民工素质的重要途径是重视招聘工作,严把农民工的用工源头,建立长效的农民工培训体系和机制,增强大局意识,强化农民工素质教育。
Migrant workers working in front-line operations of coal mines usually have problems of low level of knowledge, poor technical skills and weak safety awareness, which have become bottlenecks in the development of enterprises. Coal mining enterprises to improve the overall quality of migrant workers is the development of technological innovation and enterprise safety requirements. The main problems existing in the current migrant workers in coal mines are limited to the immediate interests, the lack of long-term development concept, rotation of posts affect the efficiency of enterprises and the development of safety, while trait characteristics also increase the difficulty for migrant workers training. An important way to enhance the quality of migrant workers in coal mining enterprises is to attach importance to recruitment, strictly control the source of migrant workers’ employment, establish a long-lasting training system and mechanism for migrant workers, enhance overall awareness and strengthen quality education for migrant workers.
