近年来,中国兴建了许多农村安全饮水工程,工程建设完成后,在其运营阶段出现了各种问题,主要是由于终端用户水价偏低,不能保证工程的持续运营。在分析了当前农村水价制定过程中存在的问题,总结出影响水价的主要因素,并通过非线性模型的构建思路,求解改进的社会总剩余最大化方法,得出了终端水价的解析解,并对其中各个因素的变动对水价的影响做了详细分析,为水价制定者制定水价提供了有益的借鉴价值。
In recent years, many rural safety drinking water projects have been constructed in China. After the construction of the project was completed, various problems occurred during the operation phase of the project. This was mainly due to the low water price of end-users and the continuous operation of the project. After analyzing the problems existing in the current rural water pricing process, the main factors that affect the water price are summed up. Through the construction of the nonlinear model, the improved total social total remnant method is solved and an analytical solution of the terminal water price is derived. The impact of the changes of various factors on the water price is analyzed in detail, which provides a useful reference value for the water price maker to formulate the water price.
