思想政治教育动力研究整体而言处于起步阶段,主要形成了矛盾动力说、需要动力说、合力动力说等代表性观点。分歧的实质在于不同的前提设定,即对思想政治教育“元问题”——思想政治教育本质属性理解的差异。无论从内涵、发生还是功能来看,意识形态性都是思想政治教育的本质属性。思想政治教育的基本矛盾即统治阶级对于成员政治素养、思想品德的要求与成员实际政治素养、思想品德状况的矛盾的展开过程,是思想政治教育动力呈现的过程,也是思想政治教育本质属性的实现过程。
The motivation of ideological and political education as a whole is in the initial stage, mainly forming a contradictory motive force, requiring motivation theory and co-motivation theory and other representative opinions. The essence of the disagreement lies in the different preconditions, that is, the differences in the understanding of the essential attributes of ideological and political education from the ideological and political education. In terms of connotation, occurrence or function, ideology is the essential attribute of ideological and political education. The basic contradiction of ideological and political education, that is, the ruling class’s process of initiating contradictions between members ’political accomplishments, ideological and moral qualifications, members’ actual political accomplishments and ideological and moral qualifications, is the process of ideological and political education impetus, as well as the realization of the essential attributes of ideological and political education process.
