班级是学生成长的园地,是学生施展才华的舞台,是学生发展的沃土,是学生个性发展的乐园,是学生走向社会的起点。班级状况直接影响到学生对学校生活的感受和参与程度,影响学生的健康成长和个性发展水平,影响到学校教育的成效和质量。那么,如何在班级中对学生进行规范和教育呢?笔者运用相关的教育理论,并结合自身班主任工作的实际,对中学班级管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的对策。一、现行班级管理中存在的问题
