我国在举重项目,特别是女子举重项目处于世界前列。这与我们的训练方法,特别是专项力量的训练有很大关系。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法以及逻辑分析法,结合女子举重运动员在生理上与男子运动员的区别,对女子举重运动员专项力量的训练进行探讨分析。通过不同的专项动作对女子举重运动员的不同肌群进行训练,对提高她们上拉、上挺、深蹲起立以及支撑力量有很大帮助。同时应该遵循大负荷、渐增负荷以及有效运动负荷和合理训练间隔的原则,使他们在保障训练量的同时,有足够的时间去休息和恢复,达到超量恢复和预防运动损伤的效果。
China’s weightlifting projects, especially the women’s weightlifting project in the world. This is very much related to our training methods, especially the training of special forces. In this paper, using the method of literature and materials, expert interviews and logical analysis, this paper discusses the training of the special forces of women weightlifters based on the differences between the women’s weightlifters and the men’s athletes. Training different weight groups of women’s weightlifters through different special actions is very helpful for improving their pull-ups, uprightness, squatting and support. At the same time, the principle of large load, increasing load, effective exercise load and reasonable training interval should be followed so that they will have enough time to rest and recover while maintaining the training volume, so as to achieve the effect of excessive recovery and prevention of sports injuries.
