卓越绩效模式(Performance Excellence Model)是当前国际上广泛认同的一种组织综合绩效管理的有效方法和工具。该模式源自美国波多里奇奖评审标准,以顾客为导向,追求卓越绩效管理理念。包括领导、战略、顾客和市场、测量分析改进、人力资源、过程管理、经营结果等七个方面。成为一种卓越的管理模式,即卓越绩效模式。它不是目标,而是提供一种评价方法。“卓越绩效模式”是80年代后期美国创建的一种世界级企业成功的管理模式,其核心是强化组织的顾客满意意识和创新活动,追求卓越的经营绩效。而对于石油企业的稳定可持续发展,引进成功的管理模式,在摸索实践中逐渐适应石油行业的管理模式,从而建立起我们自己的新的发展理念。
