用差异热处理的方法处理了30Cr1Mo1V钢高、低压联合转子,使转子性能满足了设计要求, 特别是低压侧的脆性转变温度FATT_(50)降至工作温度以下。与原油冷工艺相比,差异热处理方法明 显改善了转子的综合性能。
The differential heat treatment of 30Cr1Mo1V steel high and low pressure joint rotor, the rotor performance to meet the design requirements, especially the low-pressure side of the brittle transition temperature FATT_ (50) down to below the operating temperature. Compared with the crude oil cold process, the differential heat treatment method significantly improves the overall performance of the rotor.
