一、引言质谱仪属于一种借助于荷质比(M/e)的差异,而进行物质含量分析的离子光学仪器。它的基本工作过程可概括为:1.中性分子借助于慢电子碰撞或其他方式被电离成为带电离子;2.带电离子经过电场加速后,在磁场内由于受洛仑茨力的作用而按不同荷质比(M/e)分开;3.分别接收不同(M/e)的离子流,比较其强度而确定被分析物质的成分。目前质谱计广泛地应用于科学技术的各个领域,在解决一系列困难而复杂的问题上,愈来愈显示出它的优越性。
I. INTRODUCTION The mass spectrometer belongs to an ion optical instrument that analyzes the content of matter by means of the difference of mass-to-charge ratio (M / e).
