随着现代剖宫产率的增高,手术使子宫大小、形态、位置发生不同程度的变化,给术后宫腔手术操作增加了难度和风险。本中心采用B型超声引导行剖宫产术后放置宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)213例,取得了较满意的效果,现报道如下。1资料与方法 1.1一般资料2012年1—9月份,本中心为剖宫产术后患者放置IUD 426例。受术者均为产后6～24月者。年龄23～35岁,术前常规检查排除手术禁忌证,B型超声了解子宫形态,签订知情同意书,
