兰姆波检测是厚度小于6mm轧制金属薄板缺陷检查的常用方法,具有传播距离远、衰减小的优点。工程上常采用脉冲反射法进行检测,在介绍脉冲反射法检测时在特定模态特点的基础上,结合不同材料和厚度的金属板材进行特定模态选择。在选择好的特定模态下结合对比样件制作了距离-波幅曲线,并应用该曲线进行缺陷位置和当量判定。
