目的对前列腺癌组织中原癌基因Aurora-A的表达变化情况进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在2009年3月至2012年3月本院收治的前列腺癌患者42例和同期健康体检者45例作为研究对象,采用免疫组化法对其前列腺癌组织的Aurora-A蛋白进行检测,对两组研究对象的Aurora-A的表达情况进行对比分析。结果统计发现,癌症组患者的Aurora-A蛋白呈现阳性者34例(80.95%),Aurora-AmRNA的表达量为(1.16±0.48);健康组Aurora-A蛋白阳性率和Aurora-AmRNA的表达量均较癌症组低,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者的Aurora-A蛋白和Aurora-AmRNA均呈现出明显的高表达,对患者的Aurora-A蛋白和Aurora-AmRNA进行检测,对于诊断和病情评估等均具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of Aurora-A in prostate cancer tissue. Methods Forty-two prostate cancer patients and 45 healthy volunteers were randomly selected from March 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital. Aurora-A protein in prostate cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry , The two groups of subjects were compared Aurora-A expression analysis. The results showed that the positive rate of Aurora-A protein and the expression of Aurora-AmRNA in healthy group were 34 (80.95%) and Aurora-AmRNA (1.16 ± 0.48) All were lower than those in cancer group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The Aurora-A protein and Aurora-AmRNA in patients with prostate cancer show a significant high expression. The detection of Aurora-A protein and Aurora-AmRNA in patients with prostate cancer is of great significance for diagnosis and assessment of disease.
