在少子高龄的社会背景下,台湾地区乡村和老人面临一系列的问题。笔者通过对这些问题的分析,以乡村国民小学为切入点,以国小闲置空间为契机,应用生态化设计策略及绿色建筑技术手段,对其进行功能空间重构,力图在校园尺度上发展出可持续的绿建筑体系,同时,在村镇尺度上实现区域自足,最终在空间泛域内形成自足网络。笔者希望通过对该设计的论述,阐明绿色建筑不应只是技术手段的堆叠,而是对现实问题予以多层次回应的可持续策略。
In the social context of the younger sons and the elderly, Taiwan's rural areas and the elderly face a series of problems. Through the analysis of these problems, the author takes the rural elementary school as the starting point and takes the small idle space as an opportunity to apply the ecological design strategy and green building techniques to reconstruct the functional space and try to develop it on a campus scale Sustainable green building system. At the same time, it will achieve regional self-sufficiency at the scale of villages and towns and finally form a self-contained network within the space pan-domain. I hope that through the discussion of this design, we can conclude that green building should not only be a stack of technical means, but a sustainable strategy for multi-level response to realistic problems.
