华东师范大学吴斌才等人研制和合成了镉的新显色剂P-THPP,并拟定了分光光度测定微量镉的新方法。试验结果表明,在非离子型表面活性剂OP的存在下,在pH9.2显色反应能在室温下瞬时完成,克服了卜啉类显色剂一般显色缓慢的缺点。摩尔吸光系数为3.9×10~5升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1),Sandell灵敏度为0.0028微克·厘米~(-2),镉的浓度在0~10微克/25毫升之间符合比尔定律。该试剂是一个极有前途的测镉的光度显色剂。
East China Normal University, Wu Bin et al. Developed and synthesized a new chromogenic reagent P-THPP, and developed a new method for the determination of trace cadmium by spectrophotometry. The experimental results show that the chromogenic reaction at pH9.2 can be completed instantaneously at room temperature in the presence of non-ionic surfactant OP, which overcomes the shortcoming of the general color development of bromine-based developers.
