看了楊春发工程师在“地質与勘探”第12期所发表的“关于KAM—500型和KA—2M—300型鑽机自动給进操作问题的研究”以后,也引起我对該问題探討的兴趣。大家知道,在正常鑽进中,如发現井內阻力不正常时,我們就要檢查分析压力,水量是否适当,井內有无鋼砂,岩石是否挨层等操作因素,找出原因,进行合理的調整。当井內发生事故之前,一般都有一些明显的预兆,而其主要的預兆则是阻力增大,水压增高。如果我們能用一种科学的方法,具体地掌握井內阻力的变化,便可提早采取措施,預防和減少事故的发生。因此,为了共同研究自动給进操作問題,現談談自己的淺見。
After reading the article “Research on the Automatic Feed Operation of KAM-500 and KA-2M-300 Drilling Rigs” issued by Yang Chunfa’s engineer in the 12th issue of Geology and Exploration, I also aroused my interest in this issue . As we all know, in the normal drilling, such as the discovery of abnormal resistance within the well, we will check the analysis of pressure, water is appropriate, there is no steel shaft in the well, the rock is the next layer and other operating factors, find out the reasons for Reasonable adjustment. When accidents occur in the well, there are usually some obvious signs, and the main harbingers are the increased resistance and the increased water pressure. If we can use a scientific method to concretely grasp the change of resistance in wells, we can take early measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents. Therefore, in order to study the problem of automatic feeding operation, let me talk about my own humble opinion.
