Objective To evaluate the clinical value of dual-source CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery (coronary artery) stenosis. Methods 162 cases of typical angina pectoris (58 cases) and suspected angina pectoris (104 cases) in our hospital were selected. Both of them were underwent dual-source CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography (CAG) Learn the image for comparative analysis. Results A total of 2430 evaluable segments of coronary arteries were obtained. CAG showed normal 1943 segments and lesions 487 (20.04%) were detected. Dual-source CT showed normal segment 1925 and abnormal segment 505 (20.78%). Dual-source CT showed a sensitivity of 96.44%, a specificity of 99.18%, a positive predictive value of 96.82% and a negative predictive value of 99.07% , In line with the rate of 95.93%. No significant difference was found in the rate of coronary artery stenosis between dual-source CT and CAG (P> 0.05). Conclusion Dual-source CT is a noninvasive method that is simple and easy to perform and can be used as a screening tool for coronary heart disease and evaluation of the degree of coronary artery disease.
