课外阅读是一个长期而艰苦的过程,其中培养学生的非智力因素非常重要。由于多年陈旧观念的影响,教师自觉不自觉地在“应试教育”这个大转盘上惯性运转。久而久之,教育的人文精神内涵逐渐消失,育人的本质不断退化,最终导致情感、意志、个性以及创造力都遭到压抑和摧残。而这些恰恰属于非智力因素,是素质教育的关键。教师要让学生形成较好的非智力因素,具有比较明确和稳定的语文学习动机,以及较浓的学习兴趣、较高的学习热情、较强的学习意志。
Extracurricular reading is a long-term and painstaking process, in which developing non-intellectual elements of students is very important. Due to the influence of many years of obsolete ideas, teachers unconsciously run inertia on the big turntable of “examination-oriented education”. As time passes, the connotation of the humane spirit of education gradually disappears, and the nature of educating people continues to deteriorate, eventually leading to the suppression and destruction of emotions, will, personality and creativity. And these are just non-intellectual factors, is the key to quality education. Teachers should make students form better non-intellectual factors, have more clear and steady language learning motivation, as well as a lot of interest in learning, high enthusiasm for learning, and strong will to learn.
