电价问题是实行电力市场最关键的问题，它是电力市场的支点。合理的电价制度可以优化社会资源的配置，促进电力成本的合理补偿和用户负担的合理分摊，进而促进电力行业和社会的稳定发展。我国应该在吸收国内外电价改革经验的基础上，尽快实现电价的改革，促进我国电力工业同社会、经济、资源的协调发展。
The issue of electricity price is the most crucial issue in the implementation of electricity market. It is the fulcrum of electricity market. Reasonable electricity price system can optimize the allocation of social resources, promote reasonable compensation of power costs and reasonable allocation of user burden, thus promoting the stable development of power industry and society. On the basis of absorbing experience of electricity price reform both at home and abroad, China should speed up the reform of electricity price and promote the coordinated development of power industry with society, economy and resources in our country.
