目的掌握上海市闵行区学校饮水机微生物污染状况,为学生在校饮水卫生安全监督管理提供依据。方法按GB/T 5750.12-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》检测菌落总数、总大肠菌群;按GB 4789.15-1998进行霉菌和酵母菌计数检测。结果随机抽检112所学校336台饮水机出口水,细菌总数、总大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母菌合格率分别为29.17%、86.01%、60.12%。结论学校饮水机饮用水微生物污染严重,小学尤其突出,应该引起有关部门高度重视。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination of school drinking fountains in Minhang District, Shanghai, and to provide evidences for the health supervision and management of drinking water in schools. Methods According to GB / T 5750.12-2006 “drinking water standard test method” to detect the total number of colony, the total coliform; according to GB 4789.15-1998 for mold and yeast count detection. Results The water samples were collected from 336 drinking fountains in 112 schools randomly. The total bacterial count, total coliforms, molds and yeasts were 29.17%, 86.01% and 60.12% respectively. Conclusion School drinking fountains drinking water microbial pollution, particularly prominent in primary schools, should cause the relevant departments attach great importance.
