本文研究了在低胶凝材料的情况下,粉煤灰与矿粉比例、石粉量、不同增稠剂和黏度改性剂比例对自密实混凝土各项性能的影响。结果表明:在外掺12%石粉范围之内,石粉对自密实混凝土的强度和抗碳化性能有改善作用,但随着石粉掺量的增大,混凝土7d和28d强度均呈现降低的趋势。当粉煤灰与矿粉总掺量为40%,外掺12%的石粉,可以制备出性能优良的低胶凝材料自密实混凝土。
In this paper, the effect of fly ash to slag ratio, stone powder content, different thickener and viscosity modifier on the properties of self-compacting concrete was studied in the case of low gelling materials. The results show that stone powder can improve the strength and carbonation resistance of self-compacting concrete within the range of 12% externally admixed with stone powder. However, with the increase of the content of stone powder, the strength of concrete at 7d and 28d shows a decreasing trend. When the total content of fly ash and slag is 40%, 12% admixture is used to prepare self-compacting concrete with low self-compacting property.
