对我国珍稀特产树种珙桐叶、茎、根器官进行了解剖学研究,发现其叶为两面叶,气孔平列型,仅分布于下表皮,栅栏组织发达.茎的皮层和髓生活薄壁细胞丰富,次生木质部导管散生,导管端壁具梯状复穿孔.根的初生木质部为四原型.根、茎、叶薄壁组织细胞中均有丰富的结晶体,部分细胞壁出现网状结构.
The anatomical study of the leaves, stems and roots of the rare and endemic tree species Davidia involucrata in our country found that the leaves were double-sided and stomatal, and distributed only in the lower epidermis with developed palisade tissues. Stem cortex and marrow parenchyma cells rich, secondary xylem catheter scattered, catheter end wall with ladder complex perforation. The primary xylem of the root is quadrilateral. Root, stem and leaf parenchyma cells are rich in crystals, part of the cell wall reticular structure.
