目的研究东莞市副溶血性弧菌血清型构成及其耐药谱。方法对2009年-2010年东莞市食物中毒病例及食品中分离的79株副溶血弧菌进行血清分型及药敏试验。结果 79株副溶血性弧菌分布于7个O群中,优势群为O3(占32.91%)与O1(占25.32%);食物中毒病例44株血清分型共5种,完全分型率为70.45%,以2009年O3:K6(占81.48%,20/27)与2010年O1:KUT(占64.71%,11/17)为主,而食品35株血清分型达14种,完全分型率为40.0%,未发现优势菌型;12种常用抗生素中,主要对氨苄西林及头孢噻吩耐药,耐药率各为99.0%及37.98%。结论 2009年-2010年东莞市副溶血性弧菌血清构成呈动态分布,血清分型有减少趋势;存在交叉耐药,且耐药谱有扩大趋势。
Objective To study the serotypes and drug resistance spectrum of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Dongguan City. Methods Serotypes and drug susceptibility tests of 79 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food poisoning cases and food in Dongguan City during 2009-2010 were conducted. Results 79 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were distributed in 7 O groups, the dominant groups were O3 (accounting for 32.91%) and O1 (accounting for 25.32%). There were 5 serotypes of 44 strains of food poisoning, the complete typing rate was 70.45% in 2009, with O3: K6 (81.48%, 20/27) in 2009 and O1: KUT in 2010 (64.71%, 11/17) The prevalence rate was 40.0%. No dominant bacteria were found. Of the 12 kinds of commonly used antibiotics, ampicillin and cefalotin were resistant mainly to drug resistance rates of 99.0% and 37.98% respectively. Conclusion From 2009 to 2010, the serum composition of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Dongguan showed a dynamic distribution with a decreasing trend in serum typing. There was a cross-resistance and the drug resistance spectrum had a tendency to expand.
