一,企业大学的产生企业大学的设立有具体以下几个原因:1)对传统企业培训模式不满。传统依靠大学商学院的培养太脱离于企业运作,加剧了雇主的需要与称职的雇员间的差距,缺乏灵活性、知识内容陈旧。这一现实已远不能满足企业教育的现实需要。2)满足员工日常和长期的学习需求。企业教育专门化、实用化,其企业的培训目标与企业的战略结合在一起。3)保护本企业的知识资源、传承企业文化。其实,企业大学的模式和传统的培训部门是有些重要的不同之处的。主要的不同之处是企业大学是要与企业的战略动机相关联的,而培训部门是倾向于提供高需求的课程。
First, the emergence of corporate universities The establishment of corporate universities are specifically for the following reasons: 1) dissatisfaction with the traditional enterprise training model. The tradition of relying on university business schools to grow too far out of business operations aggravates the gap between employers’ needs and competent employees, lacks the flexibility and obsolescence of knowledge. This reality is far from meeting the real needs of enterprise education. 2) Meet the daily and long-term learning needs of employees. Enterprise education specialization, practical, its corporate training objectives and business strategy together. 3) To protect the knowledge resources of this enterprise and to inherit the corporate culture. In fact, there are some important differences between the mode of enterprise university and the traditional training department. The main difference is that corporate universities are associated with the strategic motivations of the business, while the training department is inclined to provide high-demand courses.
