引进美国CE公司技术生产的 2 0 0 8t/h - 18 2 6 -YM2型锅炉在实际运行中存在一系列问题 ,主要表现为炉膛两侧烟温偏差大 ,主、再热蒸汽温度偏差大 ,一、二次风温度低 ,制粉系统干燥出力不能满足煤粉变化的要求等。针对以上问题进行了较全面的锅炉热力特性试验 ,布置了大量的锅内、炉内测点并且利用抽气热电偶实测炉膛出口烟温 ,结合美国CE公司热力计算反推程序 ,进行全面的正、反热力校核计算 ,最后调整了再热器和经济器受热面面积 ,并把后屏至末级过热器连接管由交叉改为平行
