在工业自动控制系统中,由于工作环境恶劣,各种干扰严重。系统抗干扰的能力,已成为系统能否正常工作的重要因素之一。当现场信号与控制部分的距离较远时,信号在传输过程中的衰减和受到外界干扰尤为严重,需要特殊考虑。采用光纤传输可提高信号的抗干扰能力,保证系统检测信号可靠,本文给出的采用通用数字集成电路芯片设计的光纤传输电路,可满足在较远的范围内传输信号的要求。
In the industrial automatic control system, due to poor working conditions, all kinds of serious interference. System anti-interference ability, has become one of the important factors that the system can work normally. When the distance between the scene signal and the control part is far, the attenuation of the signal in the transmission process and the external interference are particularly serious, which require special consideration. The use of optical fiber transmission can improve the anti-interference ability of the signal to ensure that the system test signal is reliable. In this paper, the optical fiber transmission circuit designed by the general purpose digital integrated circuit chip can meet the requirements of transmitting signals in a far range.
