In today’s society, one fact we are increasingly confronted with is that rights, or words that imply rights, are becoming fashionable. In our daily lives, rights are infiltrating into more and more areas with a seemingly inexhaustible enthusiasm. From the fields of academic research in social sciences to the competition for power in political life, it is not difficult to see the shadow of the leaps in rights or rights everywhere from the pursuit of interests in the market economy to the ideological concepts of the general public.
