本文对某快速反应部队影响士兵神经行为的因素进行了探讨。结果表明，影响因素主要为文化程度和兵源性质，表现为高中生优于初中生，城市兵优于农村兵。受影响的行为功能主要与记忆、情感有关，对操作能力影响不大。建议挑选快速反应部队士兵时宜在学历上定为高中，以保证必要的心理素质。
This article explores the factors that affect the neurobehaviors of soldiers in a rapid reaction force. The results show that the main influencing factors are the educational level and the nature of soldiers and soldiers. The performance of high school students is better than that of junior high school students, and the urban soldiers are better than the rural soldiers. Affected behavior is mainly related to memory, emotion, little impact on operational capacity. It is advisable to select a high-school diploma when choosing a rapid reaction force soldier to ensure the necessary psychological quality.
