教师绩效考核质量是影响教师忠诚度的重要因素。合理的绩效制度能加强教师对学校的认可,提升教师对学校的忠诚度,从而使学校拥有一支热情、负责和高素质的教师队伍。以浙江工贸职业技术学院为例,采取问卷调查和深度访谈的方式,调查高职院校教师实际情况,对教师绩效考核中存在的问题进行归纳总结。在此基础上,结合学校因素、教师个人因素和社会政府因素提出了一系列对策和建议。
The quality of teacher performance appraisal is an important factor that affects teacher loyalty. A reasonable performance system can enhance teacher acceptance of schools and enhance teachers’ loyalty to schools so that the school has a passionate, responsible and highly qualified teaching staff. Taking Zhejiang Industry and Trade Polytechnic as an example, this paper investigates the actual situation of teachers in higher vocational colleges by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and summarizes the problems existing in teachers’ performance appraisal. On this basis, we put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions based on the combination of school factors, individual teachers and social and government factors.
