我于1991年10月由国家教委派往原苏联去学习,1993年5月回国。在这期间,我参加了世界卫生组织在原苏联中央医师进修学院(现为莫斯科毕业后教育医学院)举办的第二十九届国际保健组织官员学习班,还到列宁格勒第一医学院学习了社会卫生学与保健组织学,了解了俄罗斯国立医科大学等单位有关情况。高等医学教育在原苏联分为两大类,一类是培养普通医务工作人员和医学院校师资的医学院校,另一类是提高从医学院校毕业后的医学工作人员的技能及理论水平的院校,也就是专门负责毕业后再教育工作。
I was sent to the former Soviet Union by the State Education Commission in October 1991 and returned to China in May 1993. During this period, I participated in the 29th International Health Organization Officer Training Course organized by the World Health Organization in the former Soviet Union Central Institute of Physicians for Advanced Studies (now Moscow’s postgraduate medical school) and also studied at Leningrad’s First Medical College. Social hygiene and health histology, understanding of the Russian National Medical University and other units related to the situation. Higher medical education is divided into two major categories in the former Soviet Union. One is medical colleges that train general medical workers and medical college teachers, and the other is to improve the skills and theoretical level of medical staff after graduating from medical colleges. Institutions, which are specifically responsible for post-graduate re-education work.
