去年下半年,我们对沈阳市70家企业进行了座谈调查,对百家企业做了问卷调查,了解企业文化建设情况。调查结果表明,我市企业文化建设虽是初步的,但是可喜的。就企业而言,搞得比较好的占10%,就行业而言,比较好的占8%,大多还处于观望状态。就整体来说,我市企业文化建设比较落后,但少数先行单位的“星星之火”,在全市已具燎原之势。他们已经积累了一些宝贵经验。 第一,企业领导者特别是厂长、经理是企业文化建设的第一设计者和第一实践者。企业文化建设是企业全体员工都应参与的工程,但首要参与者是企业各级领导,特别是行政一把手。我们在粮食系统
In the second half of last year, we conducted a panel discussion on 70 enterprises in Shenyang City. We conducted a survey on hundreds of enterprises to understand the corporate culture. Survey results show that although the building of corporate culture in our city is preliminary, but gratifying.
