我做船舶政委十几年了,积累了一些帮助船员党员成长的做法,在这里和其他船舶政委交流交流,也许能相互借鉴。我们是远洋船,船员们上船后,一呆就要九十个月甚至更长的时间。如果船员稀里糊涂地混下去,长此以往,人就废了。我觉得,船舶政委在和船员同舟共济的这段时光里,不仅要带领他们完成好公司交给的各项任务,还要帮助他们成长,否则就是失职。每次上船接班,我都要把船员们的个人状况做一下排队,看哪些同志具有培养条件,可以参加公司举办的职务证书考试;哪些可以参加成人高考,去青岛船员学院深造。我从船员的实际情况出发,针对不同情况,帮助他们制
