思想政治工作的效果也是一种生产力,用科学灵活的说理艺术,把先进理论、健康文化灌输给思想政治工作的对象,促进企业团结和谐,增进理解,达到调动人的积极性、启发人的自觉性、激发人的创造性、实现企业和个人全面协调和持续发展的目的。笔者从事基层思想政治工作多年,认为说理技巧在基层思想政治工作中有较强的实践性和操作性。
