目的了解高校食堂就餐区紫外线消毒装置使用现状及其消毒效果。方法通过现场调查和平板沉降采样检测,对天津市7所高校27个食堂就餐区紫外线消毒装置使用状况进行调查。结果本次调查的27个高校食堂就餐区中,有16个食堂就餐区安装了紫外线消毒装置,占59.26%,平均安装高度在2.58 m,间距6.5~22 m。安装有紫外线消毒装置的食堂就餐区空气中检测到细菌总数波动在105~2 358 cfu/m~3。结论天津市高校食堂就餐区紫外线消毒装置拥有率接近60%,存在使用不合理现象,食堂就餐区空气卫生质量有待进一步改善。
Objective To understand the status quo and disinfection effects of ultraviolet disinfection devices in canteen dining area of colleges and universities. Methods Through the field survey and the settlement test of flat-plate subsidence, the use status of ultraviolet disinfection device in dining area of 27 canteens in 7 universities in Tianjin was investigated. Results Of the 27 canteens dining areas in this survey, 16 canteen dining areas were equipped with UV disinfection devices, accounting for 59.26%. The average installation height was 2.58 m with 6.5 ~ 22 m spacing. The total number of bacteria detected in the air at the canteen dining area equipped with UV disinfection devices fluctuated between 105 and 2358 cfu / m3. Conclusion The occupancy rate of UV sterilizers in dinning areas of dining halls in colleges and universities in Tianjin is nearly 60%. There is an irrational use of air disinfection devices in the dinning areas of dining halls in Tianjin. The quality of air hygiene in dinning areas of dining halls needs to be further improved.
