目的探讨儿童计算障碍的家庭环境影响因素,为儿童计算障碍防治提供理论依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取武汉市城区3所有代表性小学的三至五年级学生,根据DSM-Ⅳ中计算障碍的定义筛选计算障碍儿童,按同年龄同性别1∶3比例设立正常对照组儿童,进行家庭环境相关影响因素的多元回归分析。结果多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,母亲小学时语文成绩(OR=0.255)、参加乐器培训(OR=0.178)、参加阅读和作文培训(OR=0.220)、鼓励儿童看课外书(OR=0.307)因素进入回归方程,均为抑制计算障碍发生的保护因素。结论影响儿童计算障碍发生的因素是多方面的,家长应给予儿童心理支持,适当参加乐器培训,对预防儿童计算障碍有一定作用,同时语言能力,如阅读、作文的培养对儿童算术学习能力不容忽视。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of family environment in children with impaired computing and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of impaired children. Methods Using random cluster sampling method, students in grade 3 to grade 5 from all representative primary schools in urban area 3 of Wuhan were selected and screened for dysfunctional children according to the definition of disability in DSM-Ⅳ, and their normal Children in the control group were subjected to multiple regression analysis of factors influencing family environment. Results Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that mothers in primary school had a grade of language (OR = 0.255), instrumental training (OR = 0.178), reading and writing training (OR = 0.220) ) Factors into the regression equation, are inhibiting the calculation of barriers to the protection of factors. Conclusions There are many factors that affect children’s computing disorder. Parents should give psychological support to children and participate in the training of musical instruments properly, which may play an important role in preventing children from computing obstacles. At the same time, language skills, such as reading and writing, are not effective in children’s arithmetic learning ability Neglect.
