体态律动教学法是由瑞士音乐家、教育家达尔克罗兹先生提出的。他认为:音乐本身是离不开律动的,并且律动和人的身体有着密不可分的关系。体态律动将身体视为一种乐器,学生先聆听音乐,然后根据音乐的节奏、速度、力度等做出相关联的肢体动作。在小学音乐教学过程中,老师应该不只是让学生单纯的听,而是应该结合一些肢体动作,让他们亲身体验音乐中的情感,发挥他们的音乐才能,用自己的身体去表达音乐,这种教学方式有助于加深其对音乐内容的理解。对于小学生这个充满好奇心的阶段,音乐课的教课形式不能局限于听和唱,而应该加入肢体动作,这是一种有趣且新颖的学习方式,有利于激发学生的兴趣、促进小学生身心的全面发展。
