学生心理素质的提升对于学生体育学习以及其他学科的学习具有非常大的推动效果和意义。在初中体育教学过程中,教师必须利用多种方法和措施,加强对于学生耐挫力,自信心等方面的培养,以期有效的锻炼学生的心理素质。本文主要从初中学生在体育课堂中出现了各种情况,譬如紧张,意志薄弱等,利用科学合理的教学方法来强化学生的心理素质锻炼。
The improvement of students ’psychological quality has a very big promotion effect and significance for the study of students’ PE and other subjects. In the process of junior high school physical education, teachers must use a variety of methods and measures to strengthen students ’ability of frustration, self-confidence and other aspects of training, in order to effectively train students’ psychological quality. This article mainly from junior high school students in physical education classroom appeared a variety of situations, such as tension, weakness, etc., the use of scientific and reasonable teaching methods to strengthen students’ psychological quality exercise.
