随着经济发展进程的不断加快,我们迎来了知识经济发展阶段,知识在市场中的地位逐渐提高,企业之间和国家之间的竞争主要表现为战略竞争和人才知识竞争。企业人力资源质量直接影响到战略计划的制定和未来发展前景,影响着企业经济行为和管理活动的质量和效率。人力资源是企业综合竞争能力的组成部分,人力资源管理工作是企业日常经营管理活动的重要环节。因此本文将对人力资源管理角色发展研究概念和主导逻辑进行简要阐述,并从不同视角下对人力资源管理角色发展的动因进行分析,并提出在研究过程中应该注意和避免的问题,以期为企业做好人力资源管理工作提供一点建议和启示。
