本文以丙肝病毒(HCV)诊断的多种方法,对南通地区部分献血员中的HCV感染进行了分析。结果表明,在所调查的对象中C100-3抗体、N14抗体和HCV-RNA的阳性率分别为0.67％、0.44％和0.22％。其感染率与欧、美、日等发达国家相近,较非洲低。
In this paper, hepatitis C virus (HCV) diagnosis of a variety of methods, part of the blood donors in Nantong, HCV infection were analyzed. The results showed that the positive rates of C100-3 antibody, N14 antibody and HCV-RNA in the investigated subjects were 0.67%, 0.44% and 0.22% respectively. Its infection rate and Europe, the United States, Japan and other developed countries are similar, lower than in Africa.
