分析了城市化对原有排水系统的影响,并提出提高城市排水管网设计标准的改造方案。以呼和浩特市W排水系统为研究对象,应用SWMM工具,结合Arc GIS,对其排水系统进行动态仿真模拟计算。在不同降雨情景下,分析与比较了研究区域在不同管网设计重现期改造方案下的溢流量等信息,计算内涝风险指数。结果表明,城市扩张增大了原有排水管网的负荷;提高管网设计重现期可以降低内涝灾害的风险系数。另外,借鉴经济订货批量(EOQ)模型的评价方法,依据工程性与经济性评价选取最优自适应改造方案。以上方法可用于其他地区城市化自适应改造措施研究,为城市排水系统规划和防洪排涝提供理论依据和决策支持。
The influence of urbanization on the original drainage system is analyzed, and the improvement plan for improving the design standard of urban drainage network is proposed. Taking the W drainage system in Hohhot as the research object, the SWMM tool and the Arc GIS were used to simulate the drainage system dynamically. Under different rainfall scenarios, the information such as overflow under different reconstruction schemes in different pipe network design periods was analyzed and compared, and the risk index of waterlogging was calculated. The results show that the urban expansion increases the load of the original drainage pipe network and the risk coefficient of waterlogging disaster can be reduced by improving the design period of pipe network design. In addition, drawing on the evaluation method of the EOQ model, the best adaptive adaptation scheme is selected based on the engineering and economic evaluation. The above method can be used to study the adaptation measures of urbanization in other areas, providing theoretical basis and decision-making support for urban drainage system planning and flood control and drainage.
