以盾构掘进机为背景,阐述了其液压推进系统结构设计中的液压缸设计、分区确定和液压缸位移传感器的选取,着重分析了推进液压缸的结构布置方式。认为:盾构液压缸采用较小的直径,结构紧凑,管片对中效果好,有利于管片拼装;为了降低成本,减少控制复杂程度,液压缸采用分区控制是必要的;为了提高液压缸位移传感器的寿命,应该采用液压缸内置位移传感器;提出了推进液压缸并联安装方式,分析了其特点。
Based on the shield tunneling machine, the design of the hydraulic cylinder, the determination of the subarea and the selection of the hydraulic cylinder displacement sensor in the structural design of the hydraulic propulsion system are expounded. The structural arrangement of the propulsion hydraulic cylinder is emphatically analyzed. It is considered that the shield cylinder adopts the smaller diameter, the compact structure and the good effect of the tube alignment, which is in favor of the tube assembly. In order to reduce the cost and reduce the control complexity, it is necessary to adopt the partition control of the hydraulic cylinder. The life of the displacement sensor should adopt the built-in displacement sensor in the hydraulic cylinder. The propulsion hydraulic cylinder is proposed to be installed in parallel and its characteristics are analyzed.
