广东大宝山铁矿属于褐铁矿类型矿石,目前通过破碎洗矿生产块状和粗粒粉状铁精矿。鉴于洗矿尾泥中金属流失很大,曾进行了大量的小型选矿试验研究工作。其中采用湿式强磁选工艺流程简单,分选指标高,适应性强,如能提供合适的工业型强磁设备,则是较为理想的方案。冶金部矿冶研究所于1975年设计、试制的φ1000双盘湿式强磁选机(即ShP-1型),被选定为拟采用的设备类型,于1976年4月至12月对该矿洗矿尾泥进行工业选别试验,为建厂提供设计依据。强磁机累计运转3000多小时,试验取得良好的分选效果,机械性能良好,只有少量齿板松动上跳及个别压板螺钉头断裂,上述缺陷通过改进已基本得到克服。目前根据冶金部的指示和要求,正在进一步创造条件对该机进行全面考核,使其不断充实和完善,为我国红铁矿的选
The Guangdong Dabaoshan Iron Mine is limonite type ore and currently produces massive and coarsely powdered iron concentrates by crushing and washing. In view of the large loss of metal in the wash tailings, a large number of small beneficiation experiments have been conducted. The use of wet magnetic separation process is simple, high sorting index, adaptability, if able to provide suitable industrial-type magnetic devices, it is an ideal solution. The φ1000 double-disc wet magnetic separator (ie ShP-1 type), designed and manufactured by the Ministry of Metallurgical Mining and Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy in 1975, was selected as the type of equipment to be used and was commissioned for the mine from April to December 1976 Wash tailings for industrial sorting test, to provide design basis for the establishment of factories. Strong magnetic machine cumulative operation of more than 3,000 hours, the test made good sorting results, good mechanical properties, only a small tooth plate loose jump and individual plate screw head fracture, the above defects have been basically overcome by improvement.
