在电火花线切割加工中，建立完备、准确的工艺数据库是取得良好加工的前提和保障．本文首先分析了模糊关系数据库的基本原理，并分析了其实施查询的过程，指出了建立模糊关系工艺数据库的核心和关键．据此开发了基于模糊关系的线切割加工工艺数据库．用户只需输入相应的加工条件，数据库系统就将输出相应合适的加工规准，还可进行模糊查询，使用非常方便
In the WEDM, the establishment of a complete and accurate process database is to obtain good processing and protection of the premise. This paper first analyzes the basic principle of fuzzy relational database and analyzes the process of its implementation, and points out the core and key of establishing fuzzy relational process database. Based on this, a database of wire cutting process based on fuzzy relation was developed. Users simply enter the appropriate processing conditions, the database system will output the appropriate processing standards, but also fuzzy query, the use of very convenient
