分析研究预应力先张桥主梁中采用高强度混凝土的经济效益。首先用路易斯安那州的材料,探索出28天抗压强度超过69MPa、坍落度为21.6cm的高强度混凝土配合比设计,并研究其18小时强度、弹性模量及破断模量。曾就AASHTO的7种主梁类型以69MPa的高强度混凝土替代一般4lMPa的混凝土,用改变主梁数、跨径和梁型的方式分析研究跨径增大的可能及经济效益。
Analysis and study of the economic benefits of using high strength concrete in the first prestressed bridge girder. First, using Louisiana materials, we explored the mix design of high strength concrete with compressive strength of over 69 MPa and slump of 21.6 cm for 28 days and studied the strength, modulus of elasticity and modulus of rupture in 18 hours. AASHTO seven kinds of main beam type to 69MPa high strength concrete instead of the general 4lMPa concrete, with changes in the number of main beam, span and beam-type analysis of the possibility of increased span and economic benefits.
