随着小学生英语学习时间的不断提前,英语学差生的面越来越广,负积累也越来越大,尤其是到了高年级,学差生在班里几乎可以占到一半。因此,对于学差生的成因及心理分析势在必行。找到原因后,究竟该如何激发学差生学习英语的兴趣是值得我们英语教师考虑的问题。因此,在平时的教学中,我对学差生也投入了很多的精力,去了解他们的爱好,他们的思想和理想,根据他们的特点设计教学。但是,学差生最缺的还是老师及同学们对他们的尊重和爱。因此在学差生的身上我投入了更多的爱心和耐心,希望他们在九年义务教育阶段能有所学,有所得。
With the continuous advancement of pupils ’English learning time, English learners’ faces become more and more widespread, their negative accumulations are getting bigger and bigger. Especially in the upper grades, poor students can account for almost half of them in the class. Therefore, it is imperative to analyze the causes and psychological analysis of poor students. After finding out the reasons, how to stimulate the students’ interest in learning English is worth considering by our English teachers. Therefore, in normal teaching, I devote a great deal of energy to poor students to understand their hobbies, their thoughts and ideals, and design their teaching according to their characteristics. However, what students lack most is the respect and love of teachers and their classmates. Therefore, I devoted more love and patience to poor students and hoped that they would have learned and benefited from the nine-year compulsory education.
